Job Title: CNC Operator
Pay: $23–$25 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience making machine offsets, working with tooling, and performing part inspections to ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines for production runs.

• Perform machine offsets and adjust tooling as needed.

• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.

• Monitor production for accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CNC operating experience.

• Knowledge of offsets and tooling adjustments.

• Strong inspection and measurement skills.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Reliable and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, $23–$25/hr depending on experience.
