Experienced CNC Programmer / Setup MachinistPay: $38–$40 per hour (DOE)
We are seeking an Experienced CNC Programmer/Setup Machinist to join our team. This role is responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in production.
Responsibilities:
Program CNC machines (mills/lathes) and perform machine setups.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Select tools, set offsets, and prepare fixtures for production runs.
Perform test runs and make adjustments to meet tight tolerances.
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of CNC programming and setup experience.
Proficiency with G-code and CAM software.
Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, $38–$40/hr depending on experience.
