About the Role:

In this position, you’ll support injured employees through the recovery process. You’ll act as a key point of contact—walking them through next steps, coordinating light-duty work options, confirming medical appointments, and answering any questions they have along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with injured employees to explain the recovery and claims process.

• Coordinate light-duty work assignments and follow-up plans.

• Confirm medical appointments and track progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records.

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for both employees and management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required – many of the clients speak Spanish only.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Compassionate and professional demeanor.
