Schedule: Monday - Friday 4pm -12am
We’re looking for a dependable Floor Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and caring for a variety of flooring surfaces in both commercial and residential settings — including carpet, tile, vinyl, and hardwood.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all floor surfaces
Operate floor care machines such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors
Perform stripping, waxing, and buffing of hard floors
Vacuum and deep-clean carpeted areas
Follow all company cleaning standards and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Previous floor care or janitorial experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and pulling
