Mid Shift Available: 

  • Monday – Sunday,

Salary:

  • $17 - $18/HR.

The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and provide excellent customer service

 

Transportation:

  • MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Qualifications:

 

  • Must High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a bakery or restaurant preparing dough is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Mixing ingredients, kneading dough, and using machines like dough sheeters to prepare dough for various baked goods.
  • Washing, chopping, and measuring all necessary ingredients, including produce, dry mixes, and batters.
  • Assisting with baking bread and other items, and performing various pastry techniques such as scaling, proofing, and decorating.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, washing utensils, and sanitizing equipment and the kitchen area according to food safety guidelines
