Night Shift Packer

Pay: $12.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:15 AM

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Night Shift Packers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will package cleaning products according to company standards while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack cleaning products into boxes, cartons, or other packaging materials.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or concerns.
• Label, seal, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Assist with line setup, material handling, and other production tasks as assigned.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure production schedules are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous manufacturing or packing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions involving hands, arms, and wrists.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to cleaning product odors and production equipment.
