💰 $25/hour | Full-Time - Temporary | 3:30am–2:00pm (Monday–Friday)

Our client is seeking a Production Technician to join their manufacturing team in Framingham. This role is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production line equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, and troubleshoot production equipment, including fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, wrappers, and forklifts.

• Perform basic maintenance and record key data such as preventative maintenance, downtime, and production output.

• Complete hourly quality checks and inspect raw materials before use.

• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures.

• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments (QA, Maintenance, etc.).

• Participate in meetings and continuous improvement activities.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience in a clean manufacturing or high-speed production environment preferred.

• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus).

• Forklift experience preferred (training available).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions.
