Position Title: Care Provider Aide (Part-Time)

Position Summary:
The Care Provider Aide is responsible for assisting nursing staff with patient care needs and maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents. This position performs daily cleaning duties according to established schedules and provides assistance with patient mobility, bathing, and other personal care tasks as directed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks in patient living areas, ensuring compliance with facility hygiene and safety standards.

• Adhere to the daily cleaning schedule as provided by supervisory staff.

• Assist nursing personnel with patient care activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.

• Provide light to medium lifting assistance during patient transfers and care routines.

• Report any changes in patient condition, behavior, or environment to nursing staff promptly.

• Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while interacting with patients, families, and team members.

• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, health and safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements.

• Maintain a smoke-free and vape-free work environment in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in caregiving, housekeeping, or healthcare support is preferred.

• Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning and care procedures.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing quality care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
