Job Order: Wire Harness AssemblerLocation: Mesa, AZ (Express Employment)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a m – 2:30 p mPay Rate: $20+/hour DOE
Position Summary:We’re looking for a motivated Wire Harness Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Mesa, AZ. You’ll work a consistent 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, assembling wire harnesses and cable assemblies in a facility that supports precision work and high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies according to engineering drawings, work orders, and QC documentation.
Perform crimping, soldering, routing, cable tie-downs, and termination as required.
Use hand tools and basic test equipment (continuity testers, multimeters, etc.) to verify workmanship and electrical functionality.
Inspect and verify assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized work station and adhere to safety guidelines and proper ESD/protection procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads to meet production targets and ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications:
Prior experience assembling wire harnesses or working in cable assembly is preferred but not required — training can be provided.
Comfortable reading basic wiring diagrams, work instructions, and termination tables.
Familiar with hand tools, crimpers, soldering irons (or willingness to learn), cable tie and routing techniques.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of standing for extended periods in a production environment.
Able to commit to Monday–Friday schedule, 6am-2:30pm, and flexible to meet production demands.
Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components and wiring.
