• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Requirements: Must have strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Experience with insurance verification, billing, and dental or medical office systems preferred.

We’re looking for a professional and detail oriented individual to coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This position’s daily tasks include reviewing and managing patient records, handling insurance verifications and billing, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative duties such as account audits, balancing credit card statements, and preparing end-of-month reports.



Duties

  • Coordinate patient treatment plans by reviewing documentation, ensuring all necessary information is collected and discussing costs of treatment.
  • Utilize office systems, including Patterson Eaglesoft, to manage patient records and treatment schedules efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care.
  • Assist in clerical duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized patient files.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or questions that may arise during the treatment process.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in office systems and computer software.
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills for effective documentation review and file management.
