We are hiring on behalf of our client, a respected and long-standing local business, for a Full-Time Purchasing & Parts Associate. This person will work within the Parts Department handling purchasing, ordering, inventory control, and customer support. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with a company known for stability, growth, and excellent work culture.

Position Details

• Title: Purchasing & Parts / Inventory & Sales Associate
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Pay: $20+ per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase, order, and receive parts and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock tracking
• Communicate with vendors, negotiate pricing, and monitor purchase orders
• Assist customers with product questions, parts inquiries, and sales orders
• Use computer systems for data entry, purchasing, and inventory management
• Organize and maintain the parts and warehouse area
• Collaborate with internal departments, technicians, and management

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in purchasing, ordering, or parts management
• Industry or mechanical parts knowledge
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to research and source parts from multiple vendors
• Forklift experience preferred
• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Strong customer service and communication skills
