Accounting & Finance Assistant Manager (Interim)
We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Assistant Manager to oversee all accounting and finance functions and eventually transition into the Manager role upon retirement. Responsibilities include managing daily accounting operations, general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, cash management, month-end closings, financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
8+ years of experience, including manufacturing
ERP system experience (BaaN to SAP transition)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate tax basics
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
Hands-on, detail-oriented, with integrity and ability to collaborate across teams
