Primary Responsibilities

• Lead daily material handling operations within the warehouse or production area
• Operate forklifts to move, load, and stage materials safely and efficiently
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks for material handling team members
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and proper material storage
• Load and unload trucks while verifying product counts and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate with supervisors and production teams to support operations

Required Qualifications

• Previous material handling or warehouse experience required
• Forklift experience required
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Starting at $20/hr (Benefit Package Available)
