Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a well-established property management team in Texarkana, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on HVAC experience and a strong background in general apartment maintenance, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical components

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling issues within apartments and common areas

• Handle general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and minor plumbing or electrical work

• Complete service requests and work orders promptly and accurately

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of property grounds and facilities

• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and prepare units for new residents

• Follow safety procedures and comply with all building codes and property regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (EPA certification preferred)

• Proven skills in general apartment or building maintenance

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
