Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Picker/Packer in Niagara Falls. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, assembling, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with delivery requirements and inventory availability.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort available deliveries and generate pick slips according to delivery requirements and inventory availability.

• Pick orders from inventory and assemble ordered components for packing.

• Verify item references and quantities for accuracy against pick slips; rectify any discrepancies.

• Check and mark items as they are packed into shipping containers; ensure all discrepancies are resolved.

• Secure shipping containers to prevent damage or loss during transit.

• Pick and assemble kits as specified by production order pick slips.

• Work closely with the QA Department to ensure contents conform to work orders.

• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including ladders, cleaning tools, and forklifts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1–3 years of warehouse or order-picking experience (preferred but not required).

• Valid forklift license or experience operating a forklift (required).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Hardworking, adaptable, and willing to learn.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
