General Laborer – Tree Services 

📍 Location: Sunbury Ohio 
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
💲 Pay: $19.00–$24.00 per hour

About the Role

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our tree services team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and ready to perform a variety of physical tasks related to tree care, tree removal, and site cleanup. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred to support communication with crew members and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist crews with tree removal, tree trimming, and pruning operations
• Load, unload, and move logs, branches, wood, and equipment
• Operate hand tools and assist with power tools under supervision
• Clean up job sites by removing brush, limbs, and debris
• Help prepare and maintain equipment for daily jobs
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, yard, and equipment
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English and Spanish (preferred)

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn tree care techniques and safety procedures
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Previous experience in tree services, landscaping, construction, or general labor is a plus
• Valid driver's license is a plus but not required

Schedule & Pay

• Monday through Friday, first shift (daytime hours)
• $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
