Express Employment Professionals in West Carrollton, OH is currently Hiring for a CMM Operator paying $25-$30hr. Resume is Requires as well as interview. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM Programmer to join our team in a precision machine shop environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and modify CMM programs using PC-DMIS (or other relevant software).

·         Perform dimensional inspections using CMM and other precision measuring tools.

·         Analyze inspection results and generate detailed reports.

·         Maintain calibration of inspection equipment and tools.

·         Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the quality lab.

·         Conduct in-process inspections during manufacturing to ensure compliance with specifications.

·         Perform receiving inspections on incoming materials and components.

·         Document and communicate non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

·         Experience with machining, aerospace, or automotive components.

·         Familiarity with SPC and quality reporting tools.

Qualification

·         High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.

·         3+ years of experience in CMM programming and quality inspection in a machine shop.

·         Proficiency in PC-DMIS or similar CMM software.

·         Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.

·         Experience with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.

·         Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
