We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time CNC Router Operator to join our production team. This role is critical to the fabrication process transforming design files into precision-cut components used in our signage and architectural systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically skilled, efficient, and committed to producing work that meets our exacting quality
standards.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain CNC routers to cut, shape, and finish a variety of materials
(including aluminum, ACM, plastics, and wood).
Interpret CAD/CAM files, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate part
production.
Set up tools, adjust machine parameters, and load/unload materials safely.
Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Collaborate with fabrication and design teams to optimize production efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company safety standards.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of CNC router experience.
Strong understanding of G-code, tool paths, and CNC programming concepts.
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., EnRoute, VCarve, or similar).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and measurements accurately.
Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
Dependable work ethic and commitment to teamwork.

Preferred Skills
Experience with multi-axis routers or panel saws.
Familiarity with sign-making materials and finishing techniques.
Forklift or material-handling experience a plus.
