Flooring Products Delivery Associate - Customer Facing

Located in tigard, OR

This position plays a key role in representing a well-established flooring company during product deliveries to both residential and commercial customers. You’ll safely transport materials, provide friendly and professional customer interactions, and ensure orders arrive accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with customers, and handling physical, hands-on tasks.

Job Duties:

• Load, transport, and deliver flooring materials to customer sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide professional, client-facing service during all deliveries, answering basic questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Verify delivery accuracy by checking order paperwork, materials, and quantities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse staging area.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and management regarding delivery updates.
• Obtain customer signatures and document delivery information accurately.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and DOT regulations.
