About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Driver Helper to assist with daily deliveries and warehouse support. This is a hands-on, physically active role that involves working closely with drivers, customers, and the warehouse team to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and smooth operations.

Job Duties:

• Meet with dispatcher to review daily routes and delivery details

• Inspect delivery vehicle (tractor/trailer) before departure — check oil, tires, lights, and safety equipment

• Load hand truck and/or pallet jack, confirm departure time and first stop

• Assist with deliveries to customer locations, including unloading pallets with an electric pallet jack

• Maintain clear communication with customers and warehouse teams regarding products and delivery details

• Obtain customer signatures and load returns as required

• Perform end-of-shift procedures including paperwork, unloading, and vehicle parking

• Install or remove tire chains as needed for weather conditions

• Support warehouse operations between routes — loading, unloading, and organizing materials

• Follow all company and food safety policies, immediately reporting any quality or safety concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of delivery or warehouse experience preferred

• Team-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills

• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must be dependable and able to work flexible shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
