Receiving Clerk / Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift | $20–$25/hr DOE | Santa Ana, CAFull-Time | Evaluation Hire | Immediate Opening
A busy manufacturing company in Santa Ana is looking for an organized and dependable Receiving Clerk to join their warehouse team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all incoming materials and shipments are accurately received, labeled, and distributed to the appropriate departments.
Receive all incoming raw materials, supplies, and shipments from vendors (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.)
Use a forklift or cherry picker to safely unload trucks and move pallets or boxes
Verify incoming materials against packing lists to ensure accuracy and quality
Report any damaged or incorrect shipments to Customer Service for resolution
Scan packing lists and generate product labels for all received items
Place materials in designated storage locations or deliver directly to production lines
Transport materials to the cable cutting area or other departments as needed
Maintain organized and accurate warehouse inventory
Support ongoing inventory control and quality standards for audits and compliance
Prior experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory control preferred
Forklift experience required (certification is a plus)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high daily volume (200–300 items/day)
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hr DOE
