Position Title: Warehouse Worker

Pay: Starting at $16.75 per hour
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (with occasional Saturday work, rare)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Olathe, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for inventory control, picking orders, and performing physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting and occasional overhead work. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to success in this position.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Track, organize, and manage inventory efficiently.
• Order Picking: Accurately pick and prepare items for customer orders.
• Physical Labor: Regular lifting of up to 60 lbs, with some tasks requiring overhead work.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines.
• Additional Warehouse Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed, including occasional Saturday shifts (rare).

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and work with overhead tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to follow instructions with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Physical stamina and strength to meet job demands.

Physical Requirements:
