Express Employment Professionals – Dayton North is hiring an Onboarding & Client Development Specialist to support both candidate onboarding and client growth efforts. This role blends recruiting support with outbound phone activity and relationship building—ideal for someone looking to grow into sales or account management.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
Pay: $18.00/hour
Location: Dayton, OH

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead new hires through onboarding paperwork and employment requirements

  • Verify documentation and ensure compliance with company and client policies

  • Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to candidates and active clients

  • Support client development through check-ins, service follow-ups, and needs discovery

  • Communicate start details, schedules, and workforce updates to clients

  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and CRM tools

  • Partner with recruiters and leadership to support client satisfaction and growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident phone presence with a professional, persuasive communication style

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Comfort with CRM systems, databases, and digital platforms

  • Results-driven mindset with interest in sales or account development

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

  • Previous experience in sales, staffing, customer service, or admin support is a plus
