Express West Des Moines is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join a local company's team.

Job Duties

  • Diagnose small engines and equipment
  • Perform repairs to small engines and equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance to small engines and equipment
  • Test and comply to standards
  • Servicing Zero Turn Mowers, Tractors Mowers, Stand-on Mowers, Walk Behind Mowers, Snow Blowers, etc.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience as a Small Engine Technician
  • 2 years' experience in a shop environment
  • Owns tools and tool box

  • Self-starter technician
  • Takes pride in work

  • Great attendance and reliability
  • Able to work independently
