We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced industrial auto parts manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks including building repairs, plumbing, basic electrical work, and equipment upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, machinery, and equipment.
Complete repairs to plumbing, electrical, drywall, and mechanical systems as needed.
Operate forklifts and hand tools to move materials, install fixtures, and support production areas.
Maintain facility cleanliness and assist with layout changes, shelving, and workstation setup.
Inspect and troubleshoot facility issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Follow all safety procedures and maintenance schedules to support production efficiency.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance required.
Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read blueprints, follow safety protocols, and work independently.
Valid driver’s license and forklift certification preferred.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 1st Shift 6:45am-3pm
Overtime or weekend availability may be required during peak production periods.
