CNC Machinist – Vertical Hone Machine & Jig Bore

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour, DOE

3:00 pm – 11:30 pm / Monday-Friday

 

A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist – Vertical Hone Machine & Jig Bore to join our team. This position focuses on setting up and operating vertical hone machines and jig bore equipment to produce precision aerospace components. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

CNC Machinist – Vertical Hone Machine & Jig Bore Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Vertical Hone machines and Jig Bore equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements
• Perform machine setups independently, including tooling and alignment
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and production requirements
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications

CNC Machinist – Vertical Hone Machine & Jig Bore Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a conventional machinist
• Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating Vertical Hone and/or Jig Bore machines
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Self-starter with the ability to set up and operate machines independently
• Experience in aerospace or precision machining preferred
