As a Certified Financial Planner, you will play a key role in guiding individuals, families, and business clients through complex financial decisions. The ideal candidate will be analytical, strategic, and committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to evaluate client goals, risk tolerance, and financial standing

• Develop and present customized financial plans addressing retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate strategies

• Monitor client accounts, making ongoing recommendations and adjustments as needed

• Stay up to date with financial markets, tax laws, and planning regulations

• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) to ensure a holistic client experience

• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards

• Participate in business development activities, including networking and client referrals

Qualifications

• Active Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification – REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory services

• Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, tax law, and estate planning

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency (or willingness to learn) in financial planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or RightCapital, plus Microsoft Office Suite
