We are seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain our properties and ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for tenants. This role involves responding to maintenance requests, performing repairs, and conducting regular inspections to meet safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality work.

Job Duties:

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
• Fix aesthetic damage after tenants move out
• Conduct regular inspections for EPA and safety compliance
• Contact third-party technicians when specialized work is required
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks as needed
