Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to)

• Handle minor repairs: patch walls, fix locks, replace bulbs, plumbing
• Maintain the property: landscaping, trash pickup, lawn care
• Install appliances & equipment as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests and report larger issues
• Perform routine inspections and upkeep

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general maintenance experience
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems on the fly
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
