Position: Counter Sales Associate - Bilingual (Spanish is a PLUS)
PAY: $18hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Express Employment is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual for a Counter Sales Position. This role offers a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. If you are bilingual in Spanish, have strong customer service skills, and enjoy working independently, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding products, ringing up sales, and completing transactions
- Research products and place orders for larger projects or special requests
- Arrange deliveries for customers and maintain accurate delivery schedules
- Stock and organize shelving in the store front
- Work with proprietary databases and MS Office for tracking orders and managing communications (Excel experience is rarely needed)
- Handle cash transactions and prepare deposits
- Stay on your feet and be active throughout the day while maintaining a positive attitude
- Work independently with minimal supervision after initial training
-Flexibility is key, as duties may vary from day to day

Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Experience in customer service; food service experience is a plus!
- Comfortable working with computers, including basic research and email communication
- Ability to retain product information and work with vendors and sales trainers
- Must have a strong work ethic and be reliable
- Must have excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with customers under stress
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
