Part-Time Marketing Administrator

We’re seeking a Part-Time Marketing Administrator to support our marketing team with trade show coordination, event planning, and digital marketing administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing logistics, communication, and creative marketing tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating company participation in trade shows, conferences, and events

  • Manage vendor communication, event logistics, and promotional materials before and after events

  • Help maintain and update social media accounts, website content, and marketing collateral

  • Support digital marketing campaigns by tracking metrics, engagement, and performance reports

  • Coordinate marketing projects and timelines to ensure deadlines are met

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, scheduling, and file management


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Marketing, Event Coordination, or Administrative Support

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and basic content management systems (CMS)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
