Part-Time Human Resources (HR) Administrator

We’re looking for a Part-Time Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support our team with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and ensuring HR operations run smoothly and compliantly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy of employee timekeeping and attendance records

  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and communication with staff

  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and databases while ensuring strict confidentiality

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation to provide a positive employee experience

  • Support employee relations by responding to HR inquiries and assisting with communications

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws as well as company policies

  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks and projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Benefits Administration

  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems, timekeeping software, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently
