Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday 8:30 AM–1:00 PM

As an Order Entry Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer order is processed accurately and on time. What You’ll Do​

·        Receive and enter customer orders via phone, email, EDI, or web into the order system

·        Verify product details, pricing, and shipping information for accuracy

·        Communicate order discrepancies and resolve issues with sales and operations teams

·        Coordinate with production and planning to confirm inventory and delivery timelines

·        Track orders and update customers and internal teams on status changes

·        Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate shipping

·        Maintain organized records of all order activity and assist with daily reporting

What We’re Looking For​

·        High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)

·        Prior experience in order entry, customer service, or data entry preferred

·        Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or order management systems a plus

·        Excellent communication and teamwork skills

·        Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
