Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing firm dedicated to helping local businesses find local people. One of our outstanding clients in Caldwell is looking for a PT Executive Assistant to join their team.

 

Schedule: 10-15 hours a week (Hybrid Remote and Onsite)- Could transition to full-time based on experience and performance

 

Pay: $30-$35

 

Job Summary:

Assist a veteran-owned business that specializes in training, coaching and facilitation in the following.

 

Responsibilities:

• Proactively Support the Founder
• Manage Calender/Monitor Inbox/Coordinate Travel
• Communicating with Clients and Students/Schedule classes
• Prepare session materials/record session outcomes
• Keep Systems Organized and Information Flowing
• Data Entry/Maintain Accuracy/Build Checklists
• Manage event space rentals
• Drive Social Media Communications

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in Executive Administrative Support
• Self-Driven/Confident/Organized
• Light Inside Sales
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communications
• Comfortable with Technology/Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Apple iWork, Monday.com, Circle.so, Pipedrive/CRM, and e-signature platforms
• Experience working with Entrepreneur businesses (a plus)
• Experience with Event or Facility Coordination (a plus)
