Job description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Automotive Claim Adjuster with an automotive repair background: technician or service advisor with hands-on experience. In this role, you will work in a call center environment handling inbound calls, emails and live chats from repair shops and dealers to process claims per the covered vehicle service contract coverage. You will interface with parts providers and inspection services as well as customers.
Successful candidates must have previous technical service skills in diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing appropriate repairs and possess overall automotive repair knowledge. Candidate must be detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills, possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
