Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers according to schedules and customer requirements
• Utilize TruckMate software to manage routes, schedules, and loads efficiently
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Act as a key point of contact for customer service inquiries and updates
• Monitor transportation activity and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of dispatcher experience in the trucking or transportation industry
• Proficient with TruckMate (TruckMate by Trimble) – required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional Telephone Manners
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer service experience is a strong asset
• Day and Afternoon shifts available
