About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Fence Technician with automatic gate experience to assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various fencing systems. This role is hands-on and customer-facing — ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading with professionalism, and producing quality craftsmanship.

Job Duties:

• Communicate directly with customers and maintain a professional on-site presence

• Perform hands-on field labor and fence installations

• Plan and maintain an efficient weekly job schedule

• Install and repair multiple fence types, including ornamental, chain link, and wood

• Conduct site assessments, measure, and mark boundaries for installation

• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications

• Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and install materials

• Ensure alignment, stability, and finish quality on all completed work

• Perform maintenance and repair on existing fencing and gate systems

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of fencing or construction experience

• Proven automatic gate installation and repair experience

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

• Skilled with hand tools, saws, and general construction equipment

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
