Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Construction Coordinator to serve as the vital link between customers and installation teams. This role ensures smooth communication, timely updates, and accurate documentation throughout the job lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between customers and installers to schedule and manage construction jobs.
• Communicate job requirements, timelines, and cost estimates to customers to secure approvals.
• Notify installers of approved jobs and provide the green light to begin work.
• Update internal systems with job status changes, approvals, and other relevant data.
• Provide bilingual support (English and Spanish) to ensure clear communication across all parties.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer Service experience required
• Experience in construction coordination or dispatching preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling and data entry systems.
