Position Summary:
 
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess hands-on experience in payroll and benefits administration, and be eager to contribute to marketing efforts such as trade show coordination and social media engagement. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
  • Process biweekly payroll and ensure accuracy of employee timekeeping records
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and communication
  • Maintain employee files and HR databases with confidentiality
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee relations support
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies
Marketing Administration
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating company participation in trade shows and events
  • Manage vendor communication, logistics, and promotional materials for events
  • Help maintain and update social media accounts, website content, and marketing materials
  • Track marketing metrics and provide administrative support to the marketing team
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration (payroll, benefits, HRIS, etc.)
  • Experience in marketing support, trade shows, or social media management preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR or marketing software tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
