Job Title: Prevailing Wage Documentation Specialist
Overview:Ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws for public works projects. Manage certified payroll reports, verify worker classifications, and maintain labor compliance records.
Responsibilities:
Submit certified payroll reports per Davis-Bacon and state/local laws.
Verify wage rates and worker classifications.
Maintain labor compliance documentation.
Resolve payroll issues and audit inquiries.
Stay updated on wage laws and train project teams.
Qualifications:
2+ years in payroll or compliance, ideally in government contracts.
Strong knowledge of prevailing wage laws and proficiency in payroll systems.
Wages:Hourly: $25 – $40 | Salary: $52K – $83K
Work Environment:Office or hybrid, standard hours, occasional site visits.
