We are seeking a Logistics Operations Assistant to join a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused role. This position is a mix of office-based customer service and hands-on logistics support.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule deliveries and coordinate routes
Provide phone support for drivers and customers
Assist with two-person deliveries and pick-ups in the Morgantown area (ride-along support)
Operate a forklift to load/unload products
Maintain accurate records and delivery documentation
Requirements:
Prior forklift experience required
Must be able to obtain a Class D license with medical card
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in both office and field environments
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
