We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and supporting overall warehouse and supply chain efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstock situations
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
• Organize and label inventory in accordance with company standards
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to fulfill order requirements
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare inventory reports and assist in forecasting demand
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Support shipping and receiving as needed
