We're looking for an Export Operations Specialist to support a global logistics company in the DFW area.

 

This is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend up to 4–6 months, depending on business needs.

 

Bilingual English/Japanese preferred, not required.

 

We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Customer service experience and strong computer proficiency are a must.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare export documentation (air & ocean bills of lading, TSA compliance, etc.)
• Coordinate pickups and bookings with trucking, air, and ocean carriers
• Communicate with overseas agents and customers
• Support import documentation and customs coordination
• Provide quotes and assist sales staff with proposals and correspondence
