Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate friendly and enthusiastic conversations with potential customers to draw them to the booth.
• Clearly and confidently explain the benefits of our HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement services.
• Qualify potential customers and book appointments directly into our scheduling system.
• Represent the company brand in a professional, positive, and knowledgeable manner at all times.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive booth display with current promotional materials.
• Track and report daily lead generation results and activity.

What does a “lead” entail?

• Entering customer contact information into a CRM system.
• Confirming the customer’s interest in meeting with a Comfort Advisor for a quote.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role (promotions, retail sales, or lead generation preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A sales-oriented mindset and the motivation to exceed goals.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand and actively engage with the public for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset (training provided).
