Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a cleaning/restoration team during on-site jobs.

• Communicate effectively with homeowners, team members, and management in both English and Spanish.

• Maintain accurate labor logs, create labor plans, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

• Oversee warehouse and cleaning operations, ensuring equipment and supplies are organized and maintained.

• Provide hands-on cleaning and restoration support as needed.
