Zone Supervisor

Located in Whitehall, OH

Salary: $35/hr

Pay: $35+ per hour

Location: Columbus Reports to: Operations Manager

 

Summary

Lead snow operations for assigned sites. Direct plow, loader, and sidewalk crews, verify quality and safety, and serve as the primary contact during events.

 

Key responsibilities
•
Build event plans, assign routes, and stage crews and equipment
•
Operate a plow as needed and assist with escalations
•
Verify service levels for lots, docks, and walkways
•
Track salt usage and document before and after conditions
•
Communicate status, hazards, and changes to leadership and client contacts
•
Complete post-storm reports and closeout photos
•
Coach crews on safety, quality, and productivity

 

Requirements
•
Management or crew-lead experience required
•
Commercial snow removal experience required
•
Proficient plow operator, comfortable in active storms
•
Strong phone and app communication skills
•
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
•
Clean background and drug screen

 

Nice to have
•
Prior experience with subcontractor coordination
•
Familiarity with de-icing products and application rates
