Maintenance Technician – Apartment Complex | $19/hr | Freeport, FL

Location: Freeport, FL
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for a well-maintained apartment complex in Freeport, Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, and general upkeep)

• Handle work orders and preventive maintenance tasks

• Assist with apartment turns and property maintenance

• Respond to maintenance emergencies promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in apartment or facility maintenance a PLUS 

• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently

• HVAC Certification is a plus but not required
