Position Summary:
As the Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in creating a positive experience. This position requires strong dental knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar efficiently
• Verify insurance and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Dental knowledge (experience in a dental office or dental terminology required)
• Proficient in computer systems and dental software
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and procedures
• Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
