Maintenance Technician

📍 Location: Hot Springs, AR
🕓 Schedule: Overnight (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
💼 Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor & Plant Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll perform a wide variety of electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to keep our production and facility equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll be key in troubleshooting, repairing, and improving systems that drive our operations and help us meet our business goals.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair 480VAC motor controls and variable frequency drives (VFDs)

• Maintain and repair steam boilers and hot oil systems

• Work with industrial instrumentation including PLCs, level, pressure, temperature, and flow controls

• Repair and maintain centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, including seal replacements

• Perform general mechanical maintenance, TIG welding, and pipe installation/repairs

• Handle lighting and facility maintenance and perform regular preventative maintenance

• Maintain an accurate inventory of critical spare parts and components

• Follow EHS&S and RCRA Hazwaste procedures

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• 2+ years of TIG welding experience

• A high school diploma (technical degree, trade school, or military training preferred)

• Strong electrical and instrumentation skills (we’ll train the right person in pump repair!)

• Willingness to work rotating shifts and be available for call-in when needed
