Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and written correspondence with empathy and professionalism
• Manage group policy administration including: New case setup, billing, premium collection, reconciliation, and policy changes
• Group terminations and final accounting
• Proactively reach out to customers to resolve issues and build loyalty
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, turnaround time, and quality
• Tackle special assignments and projects as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience in a client service, call center, retail, hotel, bank, or similar position required
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Insurance experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings
